Near Hagerstown, a 52-year-old grandfather and his 4-year-old granddaughter died in a house fire on Henry County Road 850-E overnight. The victim was identified as Michael Dale. Investigators did not release the name of the little girl. The state fire marshal is trying to determine the cause.
