The head of Anderson University has been passed over as the next director of the FBI. President Donald Trump has nominated a former Justice Department official, Charles Wray, for the job. Anderson City Council considers whether to hire a consultant to take a look at the 2018 spending plan. Council meets in special session at 6pm. Within that budget is $15,000 for council members to hire an attorney to represent them but it could be used for a budget consultant, too.
