A New Castle woman is accused of sending nude photographs of herself to a teenager using Facebook. 46-year-old Amy Smith was arrested after police learned that a 16-year-old boy received nude pictures from her on his cellphone. Second Shooting Suspect In Police Custody

He’s the second suspect that has been arrested in the shooting of a 17-year-old girl. William Wills is facing attempted murder and other charges in the incident on Dewey Street on March 6th. Muncie Police arrested a sex offender after she failed to report. 40-year-old Stephanie Spurgeon told the sheriff’s department she was homeless, which requires her to register weekly.
