Donna Randolph, the 44-year-old Indianapolis woman charged in Delaware County with reckless homicide in the death of her 4-year-old granddaughter, has received a new hearing date for August 24th. The trial was scheduled to begin last November, but was delayed because her private attorney withdrew from the case.
