Indiana State Health Commissioner and Surgeon General nominee Dr. Jerome Adams went before the Senate Committee for Health, Education, labor and Pensions in Washington Tuesday. Senator Todd Young, who sits on the committee, urged his colleagues in the hearing to confirm Adams. Democrat Joe Donnelly did the same in a joint letter with Young to the committee.
