Police say three people were struck by lightning in Indianapolis Tuesday afternoon. First responders were called to the incident at Park Tudor at around 3:43 p.m. Officers say one of the victims died from the strike, but later regained a pulse and consciousness. The three victims were part of a paving crew working at the school.
