Man arrested for strangling wife

A Muncie man is charged with felony strangulation after police say he was intoxicated and choked his wife when she took his car keys away. 44-year-old Jeremy Wilson was arrested Sunday night and is facing strangulation and misdemeanor domestic battery charges.
