It’s home detention for a Muncie man who severely beat his roommate. 31 year old Jason Harris was sentenced as part of a plea bargain. He was accused of beating the victim in October of 2018 after Harris says the other man made unwanted sexual advances toward him. Harris will serve a year on electronic home detention followed by three years probation.
