Oldham named Officer of the Year

In Madison County, Captain Nick Oldham has been named Law Enforcement Officer of the Year. The Elwood Police Department investigator’s work on a child molestation case led to the arrest of four people, according to the Herald Bulletin. Oldham is a 10-year veteran officer.
