A Muncie man has been found guilty of unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. 48 year old Billy Ray Barker Jr. was also found guilty of criminal recklessness and criminal mischief. He was cuffed in August of 2020 after police got a call about a man firing gunshots during a road rage incident at Memorial Drive and Madison Street.
