School Employee Placed On Leave

A Daleville Community Schools employee has been arrested on charges of having an inappropriate relationship with a student. 41-year-old Brady Milam, a custodial employee, has been placed on administrative leave following allegations of a relationship with a female. The janitor is barred from the school property.

Fire On Main Street In Anderson

A fire at ‘Man 4 Man Ministries’ on Main Street in Anderson knocked down power lines and heavy smoke greeted firefighters Tuesday afternoon. The abandoned building on the north side of the property was involved. No official cause for the blaze has been given.

Fogel Appeals Prison Sentence

Former Subway pitchman and convicted felon Jared Fogle is appealing his prison sentence because it exceeded federal guidelines. Fogle received a nearly 16-year sentence for his crimes. Among new details, they say Fogle went to great lengths to engage in activity with minors, including buying plane tickets, renting hotels and paying for sex.

Prison Official Pleads Guilty

A former Pendleton prison officer pleaded guilty to trying to get two cellphones to inmates. 48-year-old Theresa Zuchowski avoided a prison sentence and was given 18-months of home detention. She says she was in a romantic relationship with one of those inmates.

Trial Dates Set For Four In Shooting Death

Four people charged with the shooting of Raphael Rodriguez on April 10th have been arraigned and given court dates for their trials. 17-year-olds Mason O’Neal and Marcus Wilson II, 20-year-old C.B. Buck and 21-year-old Logan Jean May are accused of robbing the man of crystal meth in his apartment when he was killed.

Wind Farm Meeting Set For This Evening
