Anderson police are investigating an armed robbery Friday at the Speedway station on South Scatterfield Road. It happened at about 5:15am. The Herald Bulletin reports a white male entered the store and demanded money while displaying a handgun. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene traveling west along 38th Street.
