Formal charges of neglect of a dependent now face two Oklahoma residents whose kids were left unconscious by fumes in their running vehicle outside a Muncie Walmart. 26 year old Brittany Rogers told police she and 41 year old Antonio Davis left the children, ages 8 and 2, in the family’s car for about 30 minutes while they went into the store.
