The trial of a Delaware County businessman on corruption counts has been pushed back to April. Jeffrey Burke is charged with bank fraud, making false statements to an FBI agent and obstruction of grand jury proceedings stemming from a federal investigation of corruption in and near then-Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler’s administration. The trial had been slated to start next Monday.
