Ex-Jail Employee Charged With Having Sex With Inmate

A former New Castle Correctional Facility employee faces charges that she engaged in sex acts with an inmate. 50 year old Shonda Campbell of Rushville is charged with sexual misconduct by a service provider and official misconduct. Police say they found more than 600 calls between Campbell and the the inmate, some referencing the encounters.
