A Dunkirk woman is dead after a recent traffic crash in Jay County. 46 year old Cynthia L. Reed, 46, died of her crash-related injuries Sunday at a Fort Wayne hospital, according to the Star Press, following the July 3rd accident at Ind. 1 and and Jay County Road 300-S.Police say the car she was a passenger in failed to yield the right of way and was struck.
