A 24-year-old inmate at the Pendleton Correctional Facility has died. Officials say the staff found Dionte Ramsey unresponsive and not breathing in his cell. Ramsey was serving two concurrent 45-year sentences for two counts of kidnapping and one count of burglary. His death remains under investigation by the Indiana State Police.
