The heavily armed man heading to the Los Angeles Gay Pride event last weekend is from Jeffersonville Indiana. Initial reports implied he was on his way to cause harm, but police now say he was merely on his way to the event. 20-year-old James Howell was arrested after being found with three assault rifles in his car in Santa Monica.
