Drunk Deputy Gets Probation

A Delaware county sheriff’s deputy who was drunk and caused a crash two years ago has been sentenced to probation. 48-year-old Todd Daily has since retired from the force. His blood alcohol level was .387, over 4 times the legal limit to drive when he caused a chain-reaction crash on Indiana 32. His license suspended for 90 days.
