Woman Facing Drug Counts After Phone Conversation With Jailed Husband

A Winchester woman’s phone conversations with her jailed husband led to her own arrest on drug-dealing charges. 27 year old Megan Jeanette Arthur was charged this week in Randolph Circuit Court with dealing in a narcotic drug, possession of meth, possession of a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance after police listened to the conversation and then allegedly found drugs in her home.
