A Hartford City mother has been charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury after her 6-month-old son suffered a broken arm. According to the Star Press, the charge filed against 27-year-old Breeanna R. Dedrick on Aug. 22 in Blackford Circuit Court is a Level 5 felony carrying up to six years in prison.
