The Indiana Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Small Business Administration will co-host Disaster Loan Outreach Centers for residents who were impacted by the March 14 tornadoes in Delaware and Randolph counties. In Delaware County it’s at the Selma American Legion, 315 S. Albany Street. In Randolph County, it’s located in the Randolph City Building, 325 S. Oak Street in Winchester.
