McGalliard and Tillotson Focus in State of the City Address

We don’t have the money, without help – more coverage from the Muncie State of the City address – Mayor Dan Ridenour said we need money help for McGalliard and Tillotson…

That work will be done sometime between July 1st this year, and June 30th next year.

The ‘not on purpose’ defense will likely not work – Joshua Lee Farmer is charged with two counts of murder in connection to deaths near a Connersville graveyard.  WTHR says according to court documents, Thomas Combs was found dead at Dale Cemetery on August 17th, 2022, shot in the face and neck.  Then, on September 10th, 2022, police were called to a home across the street from the Connersville City Cemetery and police found Joshua Durham shot to death.   In February 2024, DNA came back on the beer can from the first shooting. It matched the victim, Combs, and also Farmer.  On October 4th, 2023, police interviewed Farmer and he allegedly told them, “I didn’t kill no one on purpose.”
