An Indianapolis man died from injuries in a multi-vehicle crash Sunday on Interstate 69 in Anderson. 23 year old Justin Thomas Tracy died in the crash that took place at approximately 5:30 a.m. near mile marker 222 in the northbound lanes of the interstate. Tracy was outside of his vehicle and was standing near the roadway when he was struck by a vehicle.
