Muncie Woman Charged With Criminal Recklessness

Three weeks after she was shot outside her apartment, a Muncie woman was arrested last week on a related count of criminal recklessness. According to the Star Press, the charge, filed Thursday in Delaware Circuit Court 3 against 35-year-old Kanika Nicole Campbell, is a Level 5 felony carrying up to six years in prison.
