New Castle Man Cuffed In Motorcycle Incident

A New Castle man faces five criminal charges, four of them felonies. The Star Press reports 59 year old Terry J. Bowling was arrested after a city officer reported he saw the New Castle man — on a Harley Davison motorcycle — make an unsignaled turn from 16th Street onto G Avenue, and then leaving the street and traveling down sidewalks. Bowling reportedly acknowledged he did not have a driver’s license.
