A horse owner and trainer is facing a charge of animal cruelty after an investigation at Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino.
The Herald Bulletin reports Dale Hiteman is accused of whipping a horse they own multiple times in her stall this summer at Hoosier Park in an incident reportedly caught on video.
