Five tenants are being moved out of the troubled Bingham Square Apartments by the Anderson Housing Authority. Those residents are being relocated to alternate housing. One of them is a member of the Anderson Police Department who appears to be headed to Westvale Manor and work as a security officer in an effort to reduce crimes happening there.
