A Marion man has been accused of ingesting narcotics before causing an April crash that killed a pregnant Muncie woman and her infant. According to the Star Press, 45 year old Nicholas Allen Blackburn was charged with causing catastrophic injury when driving with a controlled substance in blood. Her car struck another that was stopped waiting to make a turn on Ind. 32.
