A 14-year-old New Castle boy will face prosecution on a murder charge as an adult. The Star Press reports the boy was 13 at the time of the May homicide, at 21st Street and A Avenue, that’s where police found 47 yearo ld Ernest Thornsberry Jr. dead at about 8:30 p.m. on May 2.
