A Dunkirk woman is charged with setting a fire in her home. 32 year old Sheila Keeylen initially told officers was intoxicated and knocked a candle over, but a roommate countered that he came downstairs to see Keeylen holding a cigarette lighter and standing next to a living room window with curtains that were engulfed in flames.
