A Muncie convenience store manager is charged with stealing lottery tickets from her employer. Police say 42 year old Jalinna Edwards is seen on video apparently using a scanner to log in lottery tickets that had been placed in her purse at the Admiral gas station, 701 W. Memorial Drive. She’s charged with theft.
