An Indianapolis man faces three felony charges stemming from a June crash that killed a Muncie resident. The Star Press reports 31 year old Joseph Evan Dely died at the scene of the June 17 collision, along the southbound lanes of Interstate 465 near Interstate 74, when his vehicle was struck in the left rear by a Chevrolet Malibu driven by 23 year old Teriyon Carter of Indianapolis.
