A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle at Madison and Second streets in Muncie at just before 6 Thursday night. Police say 55 year old Tina Gregory was pronounced dead at the scene. The Muncie Police Department’s crash reconstruction team responded. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.
