Three inmates at the Pendleton Correctional facility have been charged with battery on another offender. The Herald Bulletin reports 40 year old Nathaniel Jeffers, 19 year old Byron Harris and 49 year old Scottie McLean, have all been charged in connection with a physical attack last April on fellow inmate Ty Wilkerson.
