What’s fair there, is fair here, says Delaware County Sheriff Tony Skinner, who presented a plan at county budget hearings Wednesday to match salaries within his department to pay now provided at the neighboring sheriff’s department in Madison County. The Star Press reports the plan would increase wages for both deputies and correctional officers.
