Muncie-based Accutech Systems is named in two federal class action lawsuits stemming from a data breach last August. The Star Press reports the breach appears to have exposed personal and financial information for more than 39,000 people, including names, Social Security numbers and some personal financial account numbers of customers of the software company’s banking and financial trust clients.
