A Muncie man faces a charge of causing death when driving while intoxicated following a deadly New Year’s Day crash. 27 year old Marcus Abram had a blood alcohol content of .268 after the crash on I65 north of Seymour. His vehicle struck another driven by 40 year old Heather Wallace, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
