There’s a new street festival set to debut in Muncie in August featuring hot air balloons and hot food. The Star Press reports
Muncie Downtown Development Partnership is hosting an all-day event called Fire Up DWNTWN, presented by Ivy Tech Muncie, on Aug. 6. The event will begin at 1 p.m. that day on the streets of downtown.
