A Muncie man is charged with trying to abduct a woman and her 6-year-old daughter from the parking lot of a Dollar General store in southern Indiana. The Star Press reports 39 year old Charles Copley allegedly had a knife when he tried to enter a woman’s van outside the store and tried to lure her daughter into his vehicle.
