A developer is eyeing up land in southwest Muncie for a housing subdivision. The property in question is in the area of Memorial Drive and Tillotson Avenue. According to the Star Press, Mayor Ridenour isn’t divulging the name of the party interested in putting up roughly 50 single family homes.
