A Delaware County contractor charged in a federal investigation of local corruption won’t be sentenced until September. The Muncie paper reports Tony Franklin was to find out his punishment May 4th on conspiracy to commit wire fraud charges but due to some health issues, the judge agreed to postpone his sentencing until September 8th.
