An Anderson man has been charged with arson in connection with three residential fires on March 17th. The Herald Bulletin reports 50 year old Mark Bradley Maddox is accused of setting fires at 2223 W. 22nd St., 2423 W. 17th St., and 2712 W. 16th St. that day.
