Police say a Muncie man died in a crash Tuesday morning on Ind. 3 outside the city. A driver in a car headed southbound crossed the center line and collided with a Chevy Tahoe. Police say the driver of the car, 58 year old James Brown of Muncie, died in the crash, which happened just after 7am.
