Three Delaware County Commissioners want their $1,000 raises go to others on the county payroll. Commissioners James King, Shannon Henry and Sherry Riggin, reports the Muncie paper, want their raises redirected to office employees Pam McCammon, Jeni Honeycut and David Hill, the county custodian supervisor. It’s up to council to approve the changes.
