A Muncie man was busted due to a resident watching a home surveillance camera. Police say 45 year old Charles Doss was apprehended arrested early Saturday outside a home in the 1400 block of East 26th Street. The Star Press reports the home’s occupant, who was elsewhere, received a notification that someone had entered her home.
