A man accused of impersonating a Delaware County Highway worker is facing charges. Police say 26 year old Austin Boswell sealcoated a couple’s driveway without their permission. They, thinking they were about to be scammed, called authorities, who eventually determined that Boswell is not a highway department employee and was taken into custody.
