A standoff with police leads to four felony charges against an Anderson man. The incident involving 45 year old Robert Baker happened Sunday at a home on the 200 block of West 37th Street and apparently started over settings on a video game. Baker is charged with criminal confinement, strangulation, pointing a firearm and domestic battery.
