A 14-month-old girl with multiple, severe injuries lead to the arrest of a rural Muncie man. 19 year old Bradley Joe Kiger is charged with neglect of a dependent. The Star Press reports first responders went to a mobile home in the 500 block of South Whitney Road and found the girl described “as unresponsive and possibly not breathing.” Kiger was supposed to be taking care of the girl.
