A Muncie man, say police, is tied to more than $1 million in stolen property. The Star Press reports 42 year old Bobby Gene Emberton Jr., is accused of parole violations while the theft probe continues. Property and equipment stolen from a southwest side construction project was found on Emberton’s property including a vehicle, a snow plow and numerous tools, including chainsaws.
